User-Centered Design and the Grants Experience

A core principle of modern design and development is delivering intuitive systems that work for the user rather than the user working for the system.  Last year, GrantSolutions embarked on several efforts to better understand users’ experience with GrantSolutions.  Here’s what we heard.

Partner feedback underscored the desire to improve existing products, THUS driving a key FY2018 initiative – improving the user experience. GrantSolutions is undertaking several product refreshes bringing in world-class user-centric design talent. This past fall, GrantSolutions kicked-off a comprehensive review of several core products.  With the help of many Partners, the team has been hard at work gathering essential user insights.
