GrantSolutions was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Contributions Toward Maturing HHS’s Financial Systems Control Environment by HHS ASFR Office of Financial Systems Policy and Oversight (OFSPO) in March 2019. OFSPO presented GrantSolutions with this honor for proactively performing security assessments, remediating prior year audit findings, and testing and implementing additional security controls to improve the overall security posture.
This exemplary job by the GrantSolutions Team resulted in the Chief Financial Officer identifying no issues needing to be raised to a serious level for a second consecutive year. GrantSolutions is honored to be part of an effort that led to a long-standing auditor reported IT Material weakness at OFSPO being downgraded to a deficiency item. Receiving this award highlights the contributions of the GrantSolutions Security Program towards control effectiveness of key audit control areas.
